What happens to those who violate the condominium documents?
A board appointed review committee first sets a hearing to review the violation. They are empowered to levy a fine of $100.00 a day up to $1,000.00. Retroactive to the first day of the document violation.

Where do the maintenance fees get mailed to?
All maintenance check are to be made out to Twenty Six Twenty Six Condominium Management Association 2626 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores. Ft 32118 or they can be dropped in the mail slot in the office door. This also applies to any assessment fees, if applicable.
What is the monthly maintenance fee and when does it have to be paid?
The fee as of January 2025 is $685.00 per month due on the I” of the month.
Who manages the building?
The building is managed by the Association which every unit owner is a member of. The members elect the Board of Directors who directs the resident manager to carry out the day-to-day operations.
What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my rights to use my unit?
The unit can only be used as a single family residential dwelling by the unit owner, members of their family, their guests, invitees and lessees and in the case of a lease their family, guests and invitees.
What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
Each unit is entitled to one vote. This vote is to be made by the one designated to for all of the owners in that unit.
